This document sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data of Users of the Website https://obsessionforyou.com and the protection of the privacy of Users of the aforementioned Website.

II. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data provided by Users via the Website and e-mail addresses provided on it are processed in a manner consistent with the provisions governing the processing of personal data, in accordance with the requirements of Polish law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection and EU Regulation 2016/679 issued by the European Parliament and the European Council on 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. The collections of Users' personal data collected are subject to appropriate protection, in accordance with the above. regulations.
3. The data administrator processes personal data on the principles set out in this privacy policy and to the extent that these data have been made available by the User to the Administrator. The administrator processes Users' personal data for the purposes of:
a) providing information about products offered by him;
b) establishing, shaping the content, changing or terminating and implementing the contract of sale of products offered by him - for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Contract was performed (pursuant to Article 23 (1) point 3) of the Personal Data Protection Act, and from 25/05/2018 pursuant to Article 6 clause 1 lit. b) EU Regulation 2016/679),
c) determining, investigating or defending against claims that the Administrator may have in relation to himself in connection with the conclusion or implementation of the Agreement - for the duration of the Agreement, and for 10 years from the end of the year calendar in which the Agreement was performed (pursuant to Article 23 paragraph 1 item 2) and 5) of the Personal Data Protection Act, and from 25/05/2018 pursuant to Article 6 clause 1 lit. f) EU Regulation 2016/679),
d) implementation by the Administrator of his legal obligations, in particular those arising from the provisions of tax law - for the duration of the Agreement, and for 15 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Agreement was made (pursuant to Article 23 (1) point 2) of the Personal Data Protection Act, and from 25/05/2018 pursuant to Article 6 clause 1 lit. c) EU Regulation 2016/679).
4. The above personal data are processed only for the above-mentioned purposes. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, of 2004 No. 96, item 959, No. 173, item 1808, from 2007 No. 50, item 331) (hereinafter referred to as "u.ś.de"), by the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133 item 883) (hereinafter " thigh ") and EU Regulation 2016/679.
5. Everyone whose personal data is processed has the right to access their data, request their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to object to further processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the personal data protection authority.

7. The anticipated recipients of the data are the entities to which the Administrator entrusts the processing of data, as well as employees and associates of the Administrator or those entities - to the extent it is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing this data.
8. The administrator is obliged and entitled to disclose information about Users' personal data to state authorities authorized to receive them under separate legal provisions, for the purposes of their proceedings.
III. Cookies on the Website
1. In connection with the provision of internet services and the operation of the Website, the Administrator uses the so-called cookies, which are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
2. The entity placing cookies on the User's end device and accessing them is the Administrator.
